Teaching, research, and patient care are of equal importance in the program and residents are expected to achieve their full potential in each area. The training program provides cumulative experience and responsibility in the diagnosis and management of all aspects of contemporary obstetrics and gynecology. Annual reappointment is expected, although conditional upon the satisfactory performance of duties and appropriate academic and professional achievement.
