Gözlemcilik pozisyonu ayarlamak için nasıl bir mektup göndermeli?

cv mi ekledim hepsine.Ama bir çoğu böyle gözlemci pozisyonu bizde mevcut değil şeklinde mail göndermişler.iki tane yer olabilir dedi ama onlarda bir sürü belge istiyorlar

7. Proof of Malpractice Insurance- PLEASE VERIFY EXPIRATION DATE
8. Applicant’s CV
9. Photocopy of Drivers License or Passport
10. Photocopy of Medical School Diploma and ECFMG Certificate (if applicable)
11. 2X2 Passport Photo- THIS WILL BE USED TO OBTAIN A UTMSH BADGE (Please attached photo requirements)

Space Availability Participation in any election rotation will be allowed on a space-available basis. Selection dates must have final approval from host department program director.
Status/Eligibility Visiting residents must have completed the necessary training and didactic work for the training program. A letter from your Program Director and/or Director of Medical Education stating that you are in good standing is required.
Immunizations Visiting residents must submit documentation of immunization for Measles and Rubella, Hepatitis B, an annual Tuberculin skin test or a signed declination form with their application form.
Personal Health Insurance Visiting residents must include with their application proof of personal health insurance (send a copy of the insurance card).
License/Training Permit Visiting residents who do not have their own Arizona medical license must complete the appropriate training permit application, statement of citizenship and alien status form and include a check to cover the cost of the training permit. (Fees: Arizona Medical Board-$50.00 or Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners-$50.00. Make check out to the appropriate Board.) Participation in an elective rotation is contingent upon visiting resident’s ability to obtain the applicable training permit.
Malpractice Insurance Proof of professional medical liability with coverage amounts no less than $1,000,000/claim and $3,000,000/aggregate must be submitted with the application (either a copy of the policy or a letter of proof from your Home Institution). NO MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA.
OSHA Requirements/Worker’s Compensation Home Institution must provide documentation of visiting resident’s completed training in Blood and Body Fluid Precautions as set out by the Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) standards. In addition, the Home Institution will provide certification of Worker’s Compensation coverage for visiting resident.
Housing Housing is not provided.
Affiliation Agreement The University of Arizona requires an up-to-date affiliation agreement with the Home Institution prior to your participation in our training program. The AHSC Contracting Office will forward this document to the Home Institution when your application is approved.
Completion All of the above requirements must be met in order for your application to be considered complete. You will be notified in writing of the acceptance of your application.

tabi ki amac mektubu yazarken uzun yazmamak gerekiyor ama asagidaki noktalara dikkat edersen bence daha sik bir mektup olur:

oncelikle kisaca kendinden bahset, mezun oldugun okul, su an asistanlik yaptigin yer, daha sonra ilgi alanlarin (attigin hocaya gore bu kismi degistirirsin) daha sonra su tarihlerde su kadar zaman (mumkunse ozellikle hangi aralikta oldugunu belirtmelisin) sizinle beraber (under your supervision) labaratuarinizda/klinikte observership/clerkship/researcher olarak bulunmak istiyorum. bu calisma bana su su acilardan faydali olacak -kisaca-, yine kisaca ben basariliyim, cok istekliyim, caliskanim gibi kelimeler, daha sonra kendi masraflarimi kendim karsilayacagim ifadesini eklersin -oyle dusunuyorsan eger-

bu sekilde bir iki paragraf yeterli olur saniyorum. sekreterlerden ziyade hocalara atmak daha mantikli bence, ama bu mailleri atarken secici olmali, gonderecegimiz hocalarin ilgi alanlarini, labda mi klinikte mi calsiyor vs incelemek gerekir. korlemesine herkese mail atmak hem bizim ciddiye alinma sansimizi azaltir, hem de gelecekteki Turk ogrencilerinin karizmasini cizer diye dusunuyorum.. turk hocalari da deneyebilirsin.

arkadaşlar freida yı kullanarak gözlemcilik için 100 e yakın mail gönderdim.maillerimin çoğu gözlemcilik için uygun yerimiz yok yada gözlemci pozisyonu kabul etmiyoruz şeklinde sonuçlandı.gönderdiğim mail örneği aşağıda.siz ne tavsiye edersiniz.Mail formatımda mı bir sorun var sizce?Olmazsa hocalarla konuşup tanıdıkları biryer ayarlamayı düşünüyorum ama kendi kendime halledebilirsem daha iyi olacak.yardımlarınızı bekliyorum
