2. to have a trial or hearing with a particular judge or court. You have to appear before Judge Cahill tomorrow. Have you ever appeared before the Supreme Court?

Son haliyle benim anladıklarım... Eğer Form 186 belgesini onaylamakla görevlendirilmiş kişiye ulaşamamışsanız(makamına çıkarak-appear before) resmi noter dairesine, konsolosluk bürosuna ... başvurabilirsiniz gibi bir şey ama commisionar of oath için Noter Yeminli Katibi denebilirmiş ( bkz. ) ve ayrıca first magistrate için de HAKİM karşılığı geçiyor. Sanmıyorum Türkiye'de bir hakimin onay vermek isteyeceğine hem de birinci sınıf...

Consular office terimine ,konsolosluktaki noter uyuyor.
Ben IWA ya girdiğim zaman bana noter yolunu mu yoksa okul ile mi göndereceğime dair 2 tür seçenek çıkıyor,sizde böyle değil mi?
bu sefer siyah mürekkep vurup adi posta ile gönderdim .Geri döneceğinden oldukça eminim .
Benden önce birisinin ki DHl ile yola çıktı zaten ,bakalım ne yapacağız.
haziran sonunda noterden göndereceğim .
Okuldakilere son bir şans verdim

ECFMG'ye gönderdiğin form 186 daki imza en fazla 4 ay öncesine ait olabilir..

Aslen Türkiye'de onaylatacak olsan da bence Amerika'ya gittiğinde de bir tane onaylat dursun yanında
Yine de noter işi bana biraz şüpheli geldi..Diploma fotokopisi için noteri kabul ediyorlar ama form 186 için 2011 kitapçığında öğrenciler ve mezunlar için farklı yazıyor:(syf23-25)
Halen öğrenci olanlar için:
......Form 186 must be completed by you and certifi ed by an
authorized offi cial of your medical school. Each medical school has been requested to provide ECFMG with
a list of the offi cials authorized by the school to certify Form 186. Your Form 186 must be certifi ed by an
offi cial on this list. Contact your medical school to determine the offi cials authorized by your medical school

for this purpose; ECFMG will not provide this information to applicants. This certifi cation must be current;
the offi cial must have signed the form within four months of its receipt by ECFMG. The original, signed
Form 186 must be sent to ECFMG from the offi ce of the medical school offi cial who certifi es the form.
ECFMG must be able to determine that the form was sent directly from the offi ce of this offi cial. If ECFMG,
in its judgment, determines that the form may not have been sent directly from the offi ce of the medical school
offi cial who certifi ed the form, the form will not be accepted........
