sinava hennuz girmedim. kitabi iki kez okudum, ama kitabin icinde uword'taki sorularin %85-90 cevabi vardir. olmayanlarin da icinde yazdik mi tamam,.... daha detayli yorum yazacam ama bir ECMG belgelerimi kabul etsin de, sinava gireyim puanimi alayim oyle konusayim... yoksa ne desek yalan..

USMLE calısmaya daha yeni basladım aslında tam olarak basladımda denemez, bu kitabın ilk bölumu olan behavioral science i okudum ve first aid Q&A dan ilgili bölümün sorularını cözdüm. Kitapda bu bölüm 13 sayfada anlatılmıs ve hepside cok temel seylerdi kitabi okudugum zaman bölumum cokta zor olmayacagını düsündüm ama Q&A dan soruları cözerken (ki sadece 20 soruydu) kitapda anlatılmayan bircok sey soruldugunu gördüm hatta bir cogu ancak psikiyatri stajında ögrenebileceginiz seylerdi. Simdilik sadece kücük bir bolum okumus olabilirim ama benım su an gördügüm bı kitabın sadece cok temel bilgiler icerdigi yani bi kitabi alarak USMLE step 1 ı hallederim diye dusunmek yanlıs sanırım her derse özel yazılmıs kıtaplardanda almak gerekiyor. Bir diger noktada step 1 icin temel bilimlerin yeterli olacagını düsünmemek lazım hatta stajlardan sonra step 1 ın alınması daha dogru geldi bana. Tek bi bölume bakarak böyle bi kanıya varmak ne kadar dogru bilmiyorum ama benım gördugum bu. Kitabı daha önce kullanmıs, step 1 e girmiş arkadaslar yorum yaparlarsa daha faydalı olur sanırım.
