yorum 1:This was the single best resource I used to prepare for the Ob/Gyn shelf. I only wish that I'd started using it sooner. The chapters are short --- there's a clinical vignette on the first page, followed by some "what would you do next" questions and 3-5 pages of explanation for those questions. At the end of each case is a handful of multiple choice questions. I'd recommend doing 3 or 4 cases each night (it shouldn't take more than an hour) after reading a chapter from a main text like BluePrints. The combination of BluePrints plus Case Files worked very well for me. Good luck!

Yorum 2:This book is the bomb. You should definitely go through this book at least twice before the shelf. If you supplement it with a question book like Blueprints QandA, you'll do just fine. Dont use pre-test or A&L (worthless for the shelf). Case file represented AT LEAST 70% of what was on the shelf. The book also helps you retain info better than reading any other plain text book. I will definitely use case files for other rotations as well.
