Bana gelen mail şu şekilde- Daha öncede yazılanlara baktığımda başvurumun kabul olduğunu anlıyorum-

You have been registered for the Jun 01, 2014 - Aug 31, 2014 eligibility period in the Europe testing region. ** Please see BELOW for details on the option to submit a request to have the exam results for this Step 1 withheld from your medical school**.

The eligibility period assigned to you for this exam may be different from the one you selected on your application for one of the following reasons:

- If you selected an eligibility period that has already begun and your application was not processed in time to assign the eligibility period you selected, you have been assigned the next eligibility period.

- USMLE policy states that you may not take the same Step more than four times in any 12-month period. Nasipse 22 Aralık 2011 tarihinde saat 09.00'da Ankara'da sınava gireceğim.Bu sevinçli haberi sizin ile paylaşmak istedim. İnşallah bir aksilik olmaz.Sizlerin de çok büyük katkısı oldu, teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum yardımcı olan tüm arkadaşlarıma ve bu çatı altındaki kocaman aileye.
Önümde 4 aylık bir süre var ve iyi değerlendirilmesi gerekiyor.Fikirlerinizi almak istiyorum bu konuda. Şimdiye kadar yavaş bir tempoda Kaplan serisinden başlamayı uygun gördüm. Kaplan fizyolojiyi bitirdi, şimdi de kaplan Anatomi,histoloji,embriyoloji kitabının yarısına gelmiş durumdayım.Bundan sonra patoloji, ardından mikrop,biyokimya ve farma diye düşünüyorum.Farmayı bitirdikten sonra First Aid 2011 baskısını bir kere okuyup,kaplan videolarını izlemeyi planlıyorum.Bunları bitirdikten sonra mcqs sorularını çözüp kaplan kitaplarını bir kere daha seri bir şekilde okuduktan sonra, kalan zamanda USMLE World üyeliği almayı planlıyorum.Sanıyorum bu yeterli olur fazlasıyla, ancak deneyimli arkadaşlardan fikir almak istedim, daha farklı düşünceler çıkacaktır muhakkak. Step 2Ck için de ( inşallah 1'i verirsem tabi ) benzeri bir yol izlemeyi düşünüyorum, kaplan + first aid + videolar + USMLE World şeklinde düşünüyorum. Bu mail basvurunun tamamen kabul edildigini gosteriyor. Yani okulun da senin ogrencisi oldugunu onaylamis. Mailin ayrintisinda basvurusunda sorun cikanlar girmek istedikleri 3 aylik periyodu kacirdigi zaman ne oluyor onu anlatiyor. Senin kacirdigini zannetmiyorum ama ( kabul edilme hizina bakarsak) yani sen mailin ayrintisina takilma.

Sana bir hafta icerisinde (yine daha erken de olabilir heyecan yapmana gerek yok ) "your scheduling permit is available." diye mail gelecek. o zaman www.prometric.com'a girerek sinav tarihini alabilirsin.

Bugün bir mail daha aldım ECFMG'den. Detaylarını tam olarak kavrayamadım ancak sanırım,
başvurunun bittiğini, kabul edildiğini anlıyorum. EMSWP onayı okul tarafından yapılmış mı pek? Bunu buradan çıkartabilir miyiz? Bundan sonra ne yapmam gerekiyor? Scheduling permit sanırım bu olmuyor, IWA'ya gir diyor, girdim baktım birşey bulamadım.Daha henüz birşey gelmedi sanırım, ancak ara ara böyle yoklamam mı gerekecek IWA'yı ?

biraz önce ECFMG'den yeni bir mail aldım. O da şu şekildeydi:

Dear Doctor:

Your Certification of Identification Form submitted 07/16/2011 has been accepted. This form will remain on file and be valid for a period of five years. The validity dates are as follows: 08/16/2011 through 08/16/2016.

The Certification of Identification Form is processed independently of the on-line application. Acceptance of the Certification of Identification Form does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the application. Once your application has been reviewed, ECFMG will notify you of the outcome of your application.

ECFMG typically processes on-line applications within three weeks of the receipt of both the on-line part and the Certification of Identification Form. Processing will now continue on the on-line part of your application.

Bu çok enteresan bir durum değil mi arkadaşlar? Olay şu şekilde gelişti. Cuma günü okul adına Form 186 formunu mühürlü bir şekilde Fedex ile Amerika'ya Philedelphia'ya, ECFMG'ye gönderdim ve sonrasında kargodan verilen takip mnumarası ile belgemi kontrol ettim.Taksim Fedex'ten göndermiştim.Cumartesi günü Bakırköy'e ulaştı posta ve oradan Amerika'ya uçtu.Takip numaram ile kontrol ettiğime göre önce Millwaukee'ye gitti. En son Millwaukee'de iken kontrol etmiştim postayı ve orada pazartesi günü yani dün ECFMG'ye ulaşacağı yazıyordu, bir daha da bakmadım. Bugün akşam üzeri bana ECFMG'den bir mail geldi, onu yaklaşık beşsaat önce açtığım bir başlıkta anlattım. Belgelerimin kendilerine ulaştığını anlatan bir maildi ve üç hafta içerisinde cevap gönderecekler diye bekliyorken ben 22.29'da yani bir on beş dakika önce ECFMG'den yukarıya kopyaladığım maili aldım. Benim buradan çıkardığım sonuç Form 186 belgemin kabul edildiği. Yalnış mı anlıyorum acaba? İlk olarak " belgelerimin ellerine geçtiğine " dair mesajı aldıktan sonra OASISE girdiğimde Certification of Identification Form kısmında in process yazarken, son gelen mailden sonra yeniden OASIS'e girdiğimde bu sefer valid ibrasi ile karşılaştım.tüm bu olan biteni bana birisi açıklayabilir mi? Bu durum, eğer doğru anlıyorsam çok hızlı ve talihli bir durum değil mi? Bundan sonran ne yapmalıyım?

Sana gelen mail ellerine formunun ulastigini gosteriyor. Yaklasik 3 hafta sonra (bu daha once de olabilir) formunun kabul olup olmadigina dair bir mail daha gelecek. Eger kabul olursa ayni zamanda onlar okuluna da senin ogrencisi olup olmadigini ogrenmek icin de mail atacaklar. Yani bundan yaklasik 3 hafta sonra formun kabul edilirse okulunu mail gelecegine dair uyarabilirsin. Maili fakulte sekreterligine gonderiyorlar. Sayet 3 hafta sonra mail geldiginde formun kabul edilmediyse tekrar form 186yi gondermelisin.

Daha önceden başka bir başlıkta Step 1'e başvuru sürecimden bahsetmiştim. Kurallara uygun olduğunu düşündüğüm şekilde, tam hatırlamıyorum ya perşembe ya da cuma okul adına Form 186'yı mühürlü zarfın içinde ECFMG'ye postaladım. Biraz önce de ECFMG'den bir mail aldım.Mail şöyleydi;
