The University of XXXXX - XXXXXX Residency Training Program
has been busy with the start of interview season and the Review Committee is
diligently working on the review of all applications.

Due to an overwhelming response of excellent applicants we have currently
filled all of interview slots. We also continue to maintain a very long
waiting list to accommodate any cancellations that may occur through the
remainder of the interview season.

At this time we regret that we are unable to offer any additional invitations
for interview. However, we are keeping your application active and should
anything change, we will contact you via email immediately.

Our Program Director, Associate Directors and Staff would like to thank you
for your interest in our Internal Medicine Residency Training Program and we
wish you luck in the Match and with your medical career.

Our Selection Committee has reviewed your application and supporting
documents, and we are pleased to invite you for an interview.

We will conduct interviews on Tuesday's & Thursday's until January 26th. (We
WILL NOT conduct interviews Nov 26th, Dec 24th, 29th or 31st. We will resume a
regular schedule on Tuesday, Jan 5th.)

To schedule your interview, please contact our residency office at XXXX Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST. Interview slots
are limited, so please call as soon as possible.
