please I need Advise regarding observerships

you can send e-mail to the departments of universities which you want also try deanships. or you can talk to personally with chief of departments which is better way . you can try hacettepe, baskent, gazi or ankara. also baskent university hospital is very friendly to foreign students.

Iam International graduate moved to live temporarily in Ankara, If any medical center here or hospital can accept me as observer ? I mean to get clinical experience and remain in clinical field please help me
